Very poor. Trainer was rude and patronising. Was asked if my child was well looked after while I was on the course. Was asked to shut the door. My child was quiet and was not affecting me on the course at all. Very rude and judgemental.

I felt I learned a lot but it would have been better if it could have been face to face where we were able to practice on dummies to show we were doing the correct techniques.
