we feel online first aid is not as good as face to face

would be better face to face

There was a bad connection and a lot of interference

Length was too long and had to do it online despite coming to the care home for the training. Advice: make it online training.

Really difficult with groups of people not on mute and background noise

Very long, lots of listening so hard to stay focused.
