The course is very good i learnt so many new things I hope one in a year we can do any another training

Very difficult hearing some of the course. Laptop crashing while doing the course. Also not good for the hard of hearing.

very informative and a very good refresher course

Only fault would be training over zoom

The trainer delivered very well and the topic was equally educative.

Over all very good with some good talking points, a bit long considering we we're not doing any role play
