Bianca was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought the videos were poor quality, especially the sound.

It's good enough as an online course. First Aid is useful as a practical course. I appreciated hearing other participants' experiences. Thank you Courtney.

brilliant course very imformative. trainer was very clear and made the course feel relaxed with no pressure.

Generally trainings are tiring but this guy kept making us laugh and being very interactive making it more interesting. Very friendly easy going training.
