as above, Wayne was very informative and was very delightful and made us feel relaxed.

The course is very interactive

I think it was very good training for first aid and the trainer was very good and experienced. She knew what to do and supported her course with video's what helped to understand. Everyone in the training had chance to show their knowledge.
