The videos were good. I think not having the practical element of practicing compressions is not as effective however I feel confident in BLS and first aid.

the only issue is the feedback sounds from the videos, this makes it hard to hear at times

Great time, learnt so much from Terri, she was also really patient with my questions I’d ask

Objectives clearly stated at the beginning and then post-course assessment questions shown at beginning was helpful, so they were in mind whilst going through the course. All sections of course explained. Able to make notes during as well. Helpful that we are able to download course materials.

Great refresher

I felt the are a lot of information to take in just 3 hours and a half. This course should last one day.
