it was a refreshment course for me but I think it covered all necessary actions required while we deal with incidents and First Aid actions

It was absolutely engaging, Terri was thorough and funny and absolutely amazing with First Aid and BLS, I learnt so much and we all got to speak are side and we all got are questions answered be Terri giving us confidence to know what to do next time if we came into situations and loved how she said was realistic saying that in first aid nothing always goes to plan or smooth or goes way south, but we can try and do what we can and it doesn’t mean were bad at our job or incapable enough, it just means that we tried are best! 👍👍👍
