Perfect timing over zoom, with break in middle Prompts someone to think about their movement and over time their health might not be the first thing they think of - great to have reminders periodically

Everything was explained in a simplified way and refreshed a few things which we could be doing wrong without thinking before we lift and move things

Trainer took time to explain everything to us and made up case studies which made the learning fun
