The trainer was helpful and explained well what we needed to learn

Common sense, a bit basic. Didn’t really deal with reality of the busy workplace

It was very general. I think face to face training for manual handling is far more effective. Need to be able to show the trainer the specific issues to your work place.

Training was fine it would be better if it was more relatable, and more time was spent on what to do rather than what not to do.
