Really enjoyed course made me consider the way i work and lift and move

This course was useful though I feel it would have been more applicable if we completed it in person.

useful information, nice to attend in a webinar to see how the professionals do it compared to the MHA trainers who do it face to face -both are as effective.

Good to have health and safety refresher

having done many moving and handling courses, most of the information was not new, but retrieved the info from the back of my mind!
