Good training sessions

Very informative and interactive course. Good way of learning through practice and challenging current processes.

I really enjoyed the course, the trainer was very casual ( didn't feel like we were was on training course)

Terri paces the course extremely well, and engages attendees for input in a nice way, which I like (no wall flowers allowed!) Great to have a comfort break halfway through.

course and instructor both very good ,but needs to be face to face.
