Really good lesson, feel a little more knowledgeable after today. Loved the information about looking after ourselves as have not been taught that before. Also, the lesson split into smaller time frames Really helps with remembering the information.

Good to be reminded of the need for safe practices in all we do. so often I will attempt a handling tak without adequately assessing the possible dangers or risks. I appreciated the opportunity to spek with others in break out rooms for their particular perspectives
