Really enjoyed personas, and discussion around it with others. As before, could have a little more time to go through things but appreciate there's lots to get through! On personas, they can be quite stereotypical but also very helpful to have the general idea of things and also how to engage with others in teams. Organisational priorities interesting to see how we can make a difference here. Thanks for another great session!

I found the Personas discussion very useful, more specifically how people perceive you and how you can influence others by adapting your approach to how they respond.

Persona was extremely useful to understand other people's strengths and influences. I will be meeting with the Amiable so I can understand how better to work with this personality as I have one in the project team.

Really enjoyed yesterday's session - the anchors were relatable and very helpful in finding what matters to me most in my roles current and future. I've spend time before on the 'personal brand' idea so that was very interesting too in enhancing this, and thinking about who the right people were, although there was quite a bit cover here and we didnt have too much time. My only other feedback was that the breakout time could have been a bit longer, but I appreciate the session has to fit and we could have happily gone on all day with this material! Thanks Anne.

Really interested and will be fascinating to see how the 10 forms compare when they come back before next meeting. The 6 key relationships is really interesting and provides a definite focus point going forward.

Anne is great - really cares about helping you make the most of your career by forcing you to think about the difficult questions like what specific steps you need to take to get to where you want to get to. I'm also enjoying the course content as it follows a logical sequence that helps you formulate a strategic plan to achieve your short, medium and long-term goals !

I am finding the course really useful. firstly it's made me consider if my career objectives are right. its taken my focus away from the end goal and onto the steps I need to take, relationships I need to build to reach my goal. really interesting and thought provoking.

I found this particular session really beneficial today to reflect on the strength and weaknesses of my persona, how I work with other personas and how to get the best outcomes. It was also interesting to hear about other peoples personas and how they experience them. It was interesting to discuss the self management tools with someone else as well and to hear different views.
