Really good course, some very emotional topics that were harder to deal with.

Certainly gives and creates a different outlook to different types of mental health and how to help. I have already advised my manager this would be a beneficial course to all staff to spread awareness and in turn make the workplace more approachable and knowledgeable for colleagues who are struggling and our clients.

Very thought provoking course. The Trainer was excellent & nothing was too much trouble for him, even disasters with PC's.

Course was informative and covered all topics required for a mental health first aider. Trainer was knowledgeable on all topics. Course was interactive and included groupwork which encouraged wider discussions.

Comprehensive and engaging. I would recommend to others thinking about completing a mental health course.
