Alastair delivered a very in depth course, he made the course interesting and kept us all focused with group discussions. I feel confident in listening and sign posting individuals should the occasion arise.

I was looking forward to this course and it did not disappoint. Training material was factual and Alastair was able to talk through the material and answer all questions which were asked based on his experience. Although a small group attended only due to absence, this was to the attendees advantage. Really enjoyed the 2 days.
