I found this course very informative and very well delivered, I would say I learnt a lot and it gave me the confidence of what I have used in the past with young people. I would say that some elements were quite upsetting and even though I didn't excuse myself I appreciated the fact that I could.

Enjoyed the course thoroughly and although i hope i don't have to deal with the types of scenarios we discussed i am more confident in my ability to do so. Thank you
