I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have gained awareness on spinal care and management

The content was incredibly informative and the whole session flowed. The comfortable environment and tone set by Helen our trainer meant we had a really great group dynamic and were therefore able to reap the benefits of the knowledge that others held too - providing an additional insightful resource of information!
