Really good trainer, easy to understand and took time to answer questions and discuss answers if someone didn’t fully understand something.
Course had some really good attendants, some with more experience than others and was interesting to hear some practical usage of what we were learning.

i thought the course was excellent for carers and those non clinical, however as a nurse i found it a bit basic. I also found that the facilitator just read the slides which we could of done ourselves.

Structured really well with recap of anatomy & Physiology at the start of the day, and then moving into more of the specialist areas
