I enjoyed the training but just feel that this particular topic is one that really needs to be done face to face in order for people to practice the different techniques

It did not help that some of the people attending the course arrived late and/or did not know how to use zoom. This resulted in the course running late and I'm sure did not help the trainer to start the course smoothly. I learned a lot about moving and assisting residents, both from the course and the other participants. I am not from a care background so I appreciated the opportunity to learn vital new skills to use in my new role. Thank you.

Clear presentations and good content

IT was very interesting . And all contents were covered well .

was happy how thorough the training was, was good to refresh.

Terri was lovely and very welcoming, creating relaxed and open atmosphere.

As a new carer, I feel that the course dealt with emergency functions and not enough with the attaching of straps to machines and any pitfalls to avoid.
