good informative course but demonstration could have used a person who was not as abled bodied.

The course was informative, however I feel that it would be beneficial for the videos to be more reflective of the types of situations staff would be in on a day to day basis, such as supporting a resident with advanced dementia, that was unable to follow clear instructions. I think this would be extremely helpful, particularly to care staff that aren't familiar to this role.
