Found the instructor to be very engaging

The course is more for people already working in care, which is understandable as there were around 10 such attending and only 1 with no experience in care. So it was no problem referring to things everyone knew of - apart from me. There were useful snippets for those who know the basics.

Patrizia was lovely and friendly and delivered the training well. Was good to refresh my knowledge and skills and to feel more confident in doing CPR if required.
