very good trainer easy to understand

I’ve learnt a lot with different scenarios from others.

The course objectives were quite detailed.

The training was too long

What a great course I have been doing this course for years yet with Courtney I have learnt some really good tips on dressing with slide sheets which I have never been shown before. Amazing will definitely be doing these from now on.

Really enjoyed discussions and activities. Learnt alot of new techniques and ways of working.
