Thank you , this was a refresh for me of the MHFA but this was such as long time ago that i had forgotten some of the best 'nuggets'. This is a time when it is possibly the most important to be aware of our own wellness and that of others with the move back towards offices imminent and varying anxiety around this. todays session reminded me that i have the tools for successful conversations and it refreshed my links to the materials and tools i need. i found this course as a precursor to refreshing my MHFA course and joining the network which i hope to do soon. thanks to tamsen who led us through a warm and welcome session. i can confidently say we met the outcomes and i now feel more confident as a result. thank you!

Very informative and helpful, breaking up the content with some discussions would have been good however I understand time was limited for this.

Really great course. Good follow up from previous course by only going over certain points that were necessary for the discussion and not revisiting it all. Really good content, very interactive. Would definitely recommend.
