Clearly knowledgeable trainer, was able to engage group very well Some comments re paeds ? outdated (ie adjustable flange) but unsure if this is relevant as course was adult specific

Trainer presented course in precise and relaxed manner.

Being the first time I attended a training about this subject, I learned lots of new things and information. Linda was great at explaining, making things easier and simpler for us to remember and understand. I also found the videos and material she presented in the training very helpful. My only suggestion would to do the training in 2 sessions as it's a lot of information to process in just a few hours.

I would prefer learning in a classroom setting but because of Covid we have to make do with the online training.

Trainer's class was brilliant. She encourages lots of audience participation and her class is very well structured. I certainly learned a lot and enjoyed being in her class at the same time. Excellent trainer!
