Found the information provided extremley interesting and will be useful to support in my role working with children with additional needs and also on a personal level with a child with difficulties- many of which discussed today. It reassures that not a bad parent and that we are doing the best we can to support my child. Indeed not a naughty child. _ Child had a statement of educational need but no diagnosis. Suggested ADHD and high functioning ASD Would love to take part in further training event.

This content was only briefly touched on - I would have liked a whole session on ASD and the management of this and the same for ADHD/ADD/ODD. More time would have been good as there was such a lot to cover. I have covered attachment but think this too should be a stand alone workshop. Dr.Kiran Nijabat did an excellent whistlestop tour :)

It was an amazing session. A shame it was so big so small discussions could not happen. Would have learnt even more from this no doubt. The slides were brilliant and liked they were pictures and diagrams throughout to help learn and take the information in.

Wonderful training that clarified areas of concern. I would like to attend further training in relation to Attachment Disorders given that I work for Fostering Wales (Action For Children) which is a voluntary organisation, working with children and their foster parents who are often exhausted from trauma/attachment disorder behaviours. Being able to recognise and support the carers on how to respond would be great.

Wow! what an amazing course! I though I knew quite a lot beforehand but learnt so much. The course was interesting, easy to follow, comprehensive and pitched at the correct level.
