An excellent training course, Patrizia and Lesley were great, we got good information, helpful tips and demonstrations easy to follow and it was all straightforward to understood. I felt very comfortable to ask questions. I learned a lot and am glad I now have this knowledge it will be very useful to have. Thank you very much

Whilst English is not the Trainer's native language she spoke very clearly although, possibly, a little fast at times. Ms Morrone's practical demonstrations (ably assisted by a Member of the St Columba's Hospice Staff were excellent. A most worthwhile course

Training was very practical and supported by theory. This is exactly what is required. Trainers were extremely knowledgeable, patient and positive. Course pitched at right level for a diverse group of volunteers I feel more confident in supporting patients
