Patrizia’ has very good communication skills, active , very clear, and very professional. Also has very good sense of humour, keeping everyone well focused.

The training was amazing , we have learnt alot. The trainer has equipped us with the perfect knowledge for the HCA position. I felt that on the next one we need maybe 2 days for the training. All in all it was a nice training.
