Patrizia was a very friendly, dynamic trainer who knew what she was doing and kept the train interesting and informative. She clearly cared about the session and was kind enough to offer to stay behind if needed. She was very clear in giving out the course content. Thanks Patrizia!

An excellent training course, Patrizia and Lesley were great, we got good information, helpful tips and demonstrations easy to follow and it was all straightforward to understood. I felt very comfortable to ask questions. I learned a lot and am glad I now have this knowledge it will be very useful to have. Thank you very much

Whilst English is not the Trainer's native language she spoke very clearly although, possibly, a little fast at times. Ms Morrone's practical demonstrations (ably assisted by a Member of the St Columba's Hospice Staff were excellent. A most worthwhile course

Training was very practical and supported by theory. This is exactly what is required. Trainers were extremely knowledgeable, patient and positive. Course pitched at right level for a diverse group of volunteers I feel more confident in supporting patients
