It was very insightful. I really learnt a lot.

The training was very good and showed you different ways to use different pieces of equipment, there wasn’t too much information all in the one go. I enjoyed that most of the information was given during practical lessons.

Patrizia was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the training. Although we were learning Patrizia ensured this was fun while still being able to take in all information.

The training was amazing , we have learnt alot. The trainer has equipped us with the perfect knowledge for the HCA position. I felt that on the next one we need maybe 2 days for the training. All in all it was a nice training.

Patrizia is a good trainer. She is so energetic/ hyper/ entertaining during training. It is my first time to never feel sleepy during training as she was engaging us most. I will recommend her as a trainer to other organisations. Thanks Pat
