A great session that has given me plenty to think about regarding budgets and why I am not told the budget for my area. It would be good to be able to plan better and buy items in bulk.

The course was fantastic and I will certainly be utilising the TED technique within my role. Also to use appreciate inquiry will make me a more positive practitioner by being an active listener!

Really good module and delivered by Sean brilliantly. It was really interactive too which i liked. I wasn't sure what to expect with it not been face to face and delivered over zoom but i feel like i have learnt just as much as i would've in a classroom environment and feel ready to start on my assignments.

Enjoyed the course, looking forward to getting stuck into the module.

Really pleased to see lots of new content as opposed to what was covered at level 5 with more depth.
