Post Incident Stress Debrief Reviews

As discussed felt we could of managed the content in 4 days but the practical side of running through the debriefs was really effective and definitely feel i can use this moving forward.

Overall I thought it was well structured if somewhat longer than needed. There were a good amount of breaks and the course tutor was friendly and approachable. Considering teaching is now via Zoom the trainer managed to get us all interacting well and kept our attention.

Some of the time in the breakout rooms was too long. Overall it was an informative course especially the structure about how to run a debrief session

I thought overall the course was very good, however I di find the evaluation session very difficult today due to the struggle I was having working with the person I was partnered with and it might have helped if there was a system for asking for more support with that issue when the training is in a virtual format . Face to face it would have been easier as there are opportunities to take the trainer aside but now I am left wondering what were my actual issues and what were due to the very poor dynamics of us as joint facilitators & the chat facility only seemed to send to everyone

incredibly informative and absorbing course. very detailed and a wide variety of resources and information. Very good instructor and good group dynamics.

Fantastic overall, would have appreciated feedback from the trainer on the facilitation as well as just self rating. Model needs to go in the work books and the slides on what to do at each stage.

I Thought the course was very informative and enlightening, there was a lot of content that i hadn't thought of before.

Very good - obviously would benefit from being in a room together, but Zoom a suitable alternative to being cancelled. Would like more chances to be the facilitator & more examples of phrases to use to help with the discussions
