Really good course, very helpful and informative. Good pace and the tutor was able to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend to all in WAST.

An excellent day which I would consider should be mandatory for all 111 Call Handlers and Clinicians who speak to patients on the phone. I will discuss this with my LM. In the meantime, I have strategies from the course I can share with Call Handlers in training and in 121 coaching sessions, not the same as them receiving the whole course though. Thank you Lydia, the whole day in conjunction with the training materials has been very useful and informative and will improve my practice as a trainer and Call Handler.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course which seems a weird thing to say given the subject which i must say i wasnt looking forward to. However Ken delivers in such a meaningful way on this sensitive subject and has given us all more tools to handle situations should they arise. Thankyou Ken

Although a very distressing subject, this was a really good and thoroughly engaging course to be a part of. The format is really easy to follow and tools used are engaging but not overwhelming. It's so important we have a better understanding of suicide and how we can support people who might be in experiencing this type of crisis, and more organisations need to give their staff access to both SFA and MFA training.

A really good course. I know it couldn't cover specific examples/some of the persistent callers we have that raise suicide. But it will be good to have conversations outside of the training, and this can only equip the team more with the tools they need to feel supported on suicidal calls. A really well run and interesting training course.
