Superb. A challenging area for me and received great tools to improve.

Great session with some really useful and insightful frameworks coupled with some good opportunities for group discussion and peer learning, and plenty of 'coaching' demonstrations!

Anne is so incredibly engaging, picks up on individuals body language to come back to them if they were interrupted, summarises key points and goes through at a great pace

Really enjoyed the section on 1-1s and this provided some great ideas of what I need to change moving forward

I thought the course was superb with fantastic thought-provoking material, loved the breakout sessions too. As we moved forward I managed to shake the feeling that the course had come too soon for me!

Really thought provoking and insightful. The course challenges you to understand yourself so you can understand and help others. I hope the 3 - 2- 1 conflict resolution model will help me be more challenging of behaviour and activity during 1:1s and reviews - really interesting.

Lots of progressive and helpful material. My only regret is that I don't have a recording to reflect on in the future but I have my memory, my notes and colleagues in my PACE Pod.
