I think a "refresher" session of an hour or two to hold people accountable to using some of the tools and learnings they have taken away and discuss successes they have had as a result of the course would be helpful, to ensure we truly embed the messages and behaviours. A fantastic series of modules, that challenged, motivated and gave confidence to adapt. Each module importantly flowed seamlessly in to the next and came together as an inspiring course with distinct clarity of message.
