Great breadth of coverage of a whole lot of current thinking, packaged up in a coherent, accessible and resonating way.

Excellent course and will be of benefit to me and 7IM. Only thought is I found the session lengths a bit too long via zoom, perhaps broken up more. I may have zoom/Team fatigue after 6 months though!

I need to make the development work moving forward Charlotte & Peter have provided a great and energised session that will definitely help me do this

A lot of the course was about revisiting areas covered before, but that was needed as I feel it was good for me to go back to some of those subjects to revisit how I was tacking them as an experienced manager - a very worthwhile experience for me. John and Charlotte took us through it all at a good pace, and the detail of what they covered was excellent.

Overall a good course that acted as a good refresher, however a lot of the material we have covered previously in LBG. I feel that some elements needed longer to embed - a lot was covered in each 6 hour session and it is difficult to stay focused for this long - smaller, 3 hour sessions would have been better, allowing us to go away to embed what we had covered before moving onto the next session.

GOod material and well thought out content- bit haphazard getting material to us and the zoom delivery system needs to be more robust

Good refresher of lots of important topics and some good new techniques to add to the toolkit
