I thought the section about assessing your anxiety in the wake of upcoming events, like exams, was really interesting and I think I needed to hear that.

The trainer was really open and friendly. She made me feel comfortable even through the form of a computer screen. Although I have said that I am not exceedingly confident in managing my anxiety after this session, I would say that I certainly feel much more confident. It was really fun and interesting!

Very informative and the presenter was confident and clear! She has a perfect tone and register, especially when presenting to stubborn teenagers!

I really appreciated the calm and caring approach of the session. I liked how Iman would ask us questions and involved us in breathing exercises and also reminded that it is okay to feel anxious. It is helpful to know that many people feel overwhelmed and reminding ourselves that things like exams aren't the end of the world was a nice thing to hear.

Some of the tips I had used before from therapists, as a person who has anxiety, so I did not gain as much from this. However, these tips have been very useful to me in application, and I'm sure they will help many more people in the future.
