refreshed my knowledge was really interesting and really good at teaching online as i could imagine it being hard to keep the class focused. Looking foward to more classes with patrizia ,sorry if thats the wrong spelling of her name. Shes really lovely and good at what she does.

Alistair the trainer was very good went at a pace i felt most people on the course were comfortable and the knowledge and information giving on the varous content around moving and handling and first aid can be applicable when put into practice in work enviroment or everyday life with first aid
