Felt the course was relevent and useful to my job role.

First time doing a virtual training course, was a good mixture of tasks, slides and group discussions and activities to get everyone talking. Good training for people who are new to care.

It was an interesting class, communication was clear.

Patrizia is and excellent Trainer with a lot of experiences and expertise. She has perfectly covered both theory and practical aspect in both day's training. Very interactive and engaging.
