It wasn't what I was expecting but still very good. Bianka was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and queries.

Patrizia was approachable and welcoming of any questions throughout the training and at the end. It was interactive and she utilised a variety of teaching methods which I believe made it more engaging. I believe the course was comprehensive and met my expectations. I believe the statistics used were shocking and helped me to put into perspective the prevalence of ABI in the UK. I also enjoyed the anecdotes.
