I found the training very useful and have taken a lot of notes that will be very useful in my job as i have learned a lot today

The trainee was very effective. She ensured each slide was understood before moving on. She made sure everyone was engaged and added videos to show exactly what is being explained, which will help me manage the situation with my clients better. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and glad i signed up for the training.
