Really enjoyed the course, Suzanne has been very knowledgeable, approachable and professional while keeping the sessions interesting. It's given me the skills and knowledge I will need to improve as a trainer.

Great teacher, engaging but a lot of information to retain in a short time. Course is really helpful and will make a real difference going forward slight negative is there is a lot to do at home, it can be difficult to assign time to complete
I felt the course when to quick and I needed more time to take in what was said to me . So of the words could have been explained in more detail . Because I did not under stand
At first I didn’t know what to expect and it wasn’t a course I would of choose to go on, however Suzanne made the course interesting and I’ve learnt so much it has improved my confidence massively.
