Course was informative and reassuring with good resources linked to support everyone further. There were a diverse group of people and personal experiences that they were dealing with but most of what was explained was useful and applicable to most. I felt confident and more competent after hearing the instructor.

The session was very good but as a mother of 3 kids above 12 years old, it was not really targeted to me. I am a psychologist and I knew already the concepts and techniques that Dr Nijabat exposed. But I thought she presented very well and she seems to be a great professional. It is nice to know her name and contact if I ever need it in the future. Thank you again to her.

I personally wasn't particularly anxious before the session but what I have learned is to be aware of other people's situation and emotions. This may help me to deal better with anxiety in the future if I need to or even to be more understanding with others.
