Talking through about our concerns and our feelings regarding this situation, this training makes you evaluate and appreciate what you have gained so far. This training helps you to look into the positives rather than the negatives. Thank you again!

I personally wasn't particularly anxious before the session but what I have learned is to be aware of other people's situation and emotions. This may help me to deal better with anxiety in the future if I need to or even to be more understanding with others.

This session was great, the instructors (Dan Piler and Kiran Nijabat) were very kind and helpful. It turned in an individual talk and because of this it was very personally and specific to my needs. They gave me some new techniques to try which I am looking forward to utilising. Thank you!

I was not expected anything miracle, but the way Henrietta talked to us through how we are effected emotionally with the current situation, and how we can help our children was really assuring and useful. Also, it was nice to be connected as a school family support group. Thanks so much.
