Very interesting course and Nancy answered any and all questions and gave more knowledge than I knew from previous training. Incredibly happy with the course over all. Didn't find myself zoning out or not wanting to be there at any point.

Very delivered. Having been to several training sessions in the pass. I always learn something new. Different trainers give different ideas depend on their experiences.
