Amazing training, just by hearing about it we might want to discard the course, but being present and listening to the content we leave the course with more knowledge on how to handle difficult conversations with customers/students and how to make them leave feeling better and helped. We touched in points that are very important to our daily tasks at work and that we will definitely be using at work moving forward.

Maureen was a great person to have leading the session today. Very attentive and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. Makes you realise things in a different light and that it’s okay to feel how you feel but it’s even better to change them thoughts in to something positive. I have gained such a deeper understanding of my emotions and I am happy I participated in the session today.
