Clear structure and action points for more effective selling
Very good course, good content and mainly appropriate to my role
Be better is pre pack was sent out in word as it is easier to edit and also send out presentation after in PowerPoint
Excellent trainer, brought the material into the real world and relevant situations.
I made my own notes but a few bullet points to flesh out some of the key points or help recall the detail behind the points at a later date would be helpful
A virtual environment is not ideal, but it is the best we all can do at the moment.

Karl was brilliant at putting up with my mischief and explaining concepts which I am unsure about. I have learnt a huge amount and look forward to implementing over the coming weeks. I am also very much looking forward to working with Karl in the new year.
The course has been very informative, the trainer gave good example and gave the flow at a good rate.
