Overall a good course, as it was virtual the quality of sound and picture was not always appropriate, some technical issues were present as well. I received the workbook and the roleplay feedback late.

Glenn did an amazing job of making the PFCI modules come alive over Zoom - she kept the energy flowing and the examples were very useful.
