Jo White is such a beautiful diverse person who facilitates with a great inclusive manner. I was worried when i walked in a room full of laptops, as its my first course on them. Jo made it extremely understanding throughout with all extra support needed as and when. Jo also has a nice friendly banter way to engage with all students but shows boundaries too that are needed aswel as compassion too. The course on the laptop was a worry to me but i absoloutley enjoyed every minute and learnt alot about myself and the use on laptop when it comes to work.
I have really enjoyed this course and it has given me the knowledge to work with SEND children and be able to support them better.
This course was very informative and very well set out. Jo delivered this course amazingly she is full of knowledge and a great trainer

I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills that I can use in future, when it comes to finding work, would like to thank Jo for all the support throughout the entire course and for always having a positive attitude and the ability to put up with me, being a chatter box! :)
