This was a great course and I have learnt alot of useful information which will help me in my career and home life. Leeanne is a great tutor and I wouldn't of chose anyone else, I struggle listening sometimes but the way she came across I really got into and learnt alot

I enjoyed the diverse teaching method as Leanne used group participation, power points, discussions, video’s, link where to research, real live examples, handouts, advice, recommendations, white board, flip charts, activities such as wordsearch. Leanne Also adapt lessons to give every one a chance to speak and allowing more time to make sure keeping up with delivery. I had I.T. Problems where tablet provided my realise was deleting my work book. Leanne assisted me with helping to retrieve what work could so I did not get behind and providing me with a learner laptop to use in lesson. Leanne has been very supportive and understanding through continuous monitoring and responsive mentoring .
