An absolute worth while course with an excellent facilitator in Margaret Pentland. Content of course all very valid to current roll, learned a lot of valuable tips and methods. Felt that facilitator had all clients engaged the full duration of course and had such a nice way of interacting with us.

I found the training course so useful and have come away with a lot more knowledge and things that I can put into practice back at the office. The facilities were great. The lunch and refreshments throughout the day could not have been better.

Great course overall, good content and delivery by Margaret. Lunch and catering throughout the day was excellent. Good venue.

Lunch was a good quality, however the facility may need expansion to cope if more companies inhabit the office space.

Margaret ran the course well and clearly was very familiar with the subject matter. She was able to provide advice and techniques which I am sure will be helpful going forward. The actually material was a little 'light' but maybe necessary for only a one day course. The main thing that let the experience down was the fact there was only one other delegate on the course, who was very new to the role. I found this very limiting as there was no one to learn from or share ideas with. I believe more knowledge and insight would have been gained if more attendees were on the course to take part in the case studies and activities.Response : Thank you for your comments, Elizabeth and yes, we understand your frustration. The numbers on open courses are something we continually have to manage - we can have seven on a course in Belfast and two on the same course in Newcastle. We do offer to put the course date back to try encourage numbers (indeed I believe we did that in this instance), and looking at the record on this particular course, there was plenty interest, just not everyone could commit to attending. I hope you understand we would love it if all our courses ran with larger numbers, but this is not always possible. Equally, we cannot frustrate clients by repeatedly pushing course dates out - there is a fine line. We also offer a 1:1 option if a course fails to generate numbers and we often find this hugely successful.

The room was tiny and felt a bit cramped. The catering was also left unrefreshed until the venue was reminded that this had been requested.Response : Thanks for your feedback, Kate, we will take the issues you raised up with the venue. Delighted to hear you felt the content of the course was worthwhile

Unfortunately, despite talks with someone beforehand, there was no gluten or dairy free lunch provided so I had to look for a place nearby to cater. We were also expecting regular top ups of coffee and tea at 10am and 3pm and had to keep phoning Reception who didn't seem bothered about it. The room was extremely small.Response : Thanks for your feedback, Emily, we are taking up the issues raised about catering with the venue. As I mentioned in our communications after the course, there was a clerical hitch at our end which meant the information about your dietary requirements were not picked up by the course administrator. We have put a procedure in place to ensure this doesn't happen again
